Google Data and Account Deletion
Disconnect Google
You can stop pithie from accessing your Google account at any time:
- Open pithie Settings.
- Under Connected accounts, select Remove next to the Gmail account.
- Confirm removal.
- You may also revoke access from your Google Account third-party connections page.
Disconnecting Google in pithie stops future access to that Google account and permanently deletes that account’s stored OAuth tokens and synced mail (threads, messages, labels, and derived summaries) from pithie’s primary systems.
Revoking access only in Google stops future API access. If you revoke in Google first, also remove the account in pithie Settings (or email us) so already-stored copies are deleted.
Delete stored Google data only
To delete stored Google data for a connected account without deleting your entire pithie account, remove that Google account under Settings → Connected accounts as described above. That deletes the Google-derived data for that connection while leaving your pithie login intact.
Delete your pithie account
To delete your entire account, go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, then confirm. This deletes your pithie user record, connected Google credentials, and all synced mail and derived summaries associated with your account from our primary systems, typically immediately, with residual encrypted backups expiring on a short rotation (generally within 30 days), except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
Requests by email
Questions or deletion requests may be sent to privacy@gropple.co or support@gropple.co. We complete verified deletion requests from primary systems promptly, typically within 30 days.
